This mod is not opted-in to receive Donation Points
In fact, Fusion Cores from generators already respawn, but for some reason they never get rendered again, I don't know if it's intended or if it's a bug. This mod makes generators to spawn another Fusion Core if the first one wasn't rendered after the cell reset.
