Changes the Night vision overlay of Tooun's NVG item included in USP 45 and XM2010. Tried to imitate the NV overlay screen depicted on MW2019 as much as i can. Adjusted the overlay to be more bluish-green.
Based on Ingame Nightvision Styles Improvement(For tooun's XM2010 Not Reshade) [https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/66602?tab=description]. Doesn't require the original mod, but endorsing the original mod would be a nice thing to do. CAN BE TOO BRIGHT, OR TOO DARK DEPENDING ON YOUR VISUAL AND ENB SETTINGS. I'm using this setting with Visceral ENB without any problems, so adjusting this to match your visual settings would be a best solution.
