Fixes a bug in the otherwise excellent Enhanced Lights and FX mod by anamorfus

The bug caused Workshop candles and lanterns to not emit light.
Kudos to goblinoid for spotting and sharing the fix.
Goblinoid says:
"For whatever reason, the light emitter FXGenericFireGlowLight, used by several light sources made in the workshop, was edited to have its radius reduced from 128 to 25."
So I changed it back to 128 and Made Everything Great Again.
