Fixes a bug in the otherwise excellent Enhanced Lights and FX mod by anamorfus https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/13596
The bug caused Workshop candles and lanterns to not emit light. Kudos to goblinoid for spotting and sharing the fix.
Goblinoid says: "For whatever reason, the light emitter FXGenericFireGlowLight, used by several light sources made in the workshop, was edited to have its radius reduced from 128 to 25."
So I changed it back to 128 and Made Everything Great Again.
