Removes the damage boost from LegendaryAccuracyPerk.
Made this for high damage / low hp (BLD etc.) modded games as adjusting multipliers to make trash mobs threatening means your going to get hit (really) hard by legendaries.
IIRC Legendary2xDmgPerk is only on melee mobs so LegendaryAccuracyPerk should only affect ranged legendaries and coursers
