Sneaking is now far less viable in power armor.

ESL-Flagged ESP. Powered by Robco Patcher. No vanilla record edits. Script-free, runs entirely through a new perk with specific conditions.

Compatible with everything, including every power armor mod. Install or uninstall at any time. Load anywhere in load order.
WHY?
Power armor is a loud, clunky hydraulic frame of moving metal composite plates. It's simply not sneaky; it’s a walking tank. Have you heard those footsteps?

This is also meant to further differentiate power armor from normal armor, as now you'll have to decide if it’s worth using and actually suits your character's play-style rather than just using it because it’s good. Quiet and stealthy characters wouldn’t have much interest in a personal tank, but loud and bold characters wouldn’t care.
