A plain install on a Vanilla game doesn't seem to work at all with this mod. Just came back to FO4, and I've never had success with this mod.
The hairstyles are like weird meshes, not entirely bald, but just short, weird and transculent looking.

After downloading the zip file, open it & you will find that the texture folder is missing.

there are no textures because this mod uses edited vanilla meshes. Try manually installing

Who is the character in the 14th photo, the side view of one of the Rey hairstyles? I'd love to use her as a preset, if she's posted here!

Just a note for ModOrganizer2 users, check your installation.
After right-clicking and selecting "open in explorer" you'll see a Data folder next to the esp. The Data must be replaced with the Meshes folder (Open the Data folder, copy the Meshes folder next to the esp and delete "Data").

This question may be off-topic, but how do I edit a hairstyle? I'm also new to modding.

It's easiest to use Outfit Studio to move things around are puff and push them, then add them in with FO4Edit or the CK. Cutting up meshes is a lot more steps. Some custom hairstyles (not the vanilla ones) might get weird triangles on them after you edit them so put it in Nifskope and highlight them mesh and right click and mesh-> face normals to make it smooth.

Going crazy here. I'm having the bald head problem, with this mod and the Commonwealth Cuts. I've checked .esp (at least I think I have by activating the mod in NMM and mods in-game since I don't know any other way) and moved the file to a different folder. Done the .ini edits. Tried changing file names but nothing seems to work for me...
Also had the problem with hair dyes not showing up but it worked when installing it from mods in-game.

I know there's been a lot of posts about bald heads, but I really don't get it and getting so frustrated. Just want the pretty hairs :'(

Latest Version according to site: 1.41

Latest Version according to Nexus Mod Manager: 1.41. But the file I download is 1.4, so NMM always warns me about the mod being outdated, but it is not.

Great mod, I really like how Too Cute looks!
Question though, what is the name of the mod that adds a neck tattoo from one of your screenshots? The one with the red hair. I can't find it. :/
    Thanks
