A Modular collection of Audio tweaks. Comprising of removing various loud and annoying Ambient sound Effects. (Formely Named Vault Ambient Rumble Silenced)

Replaces the irritating, loud, unimersive, looping ambient rumble inside some vaults with silent files.
Also Replaces the Irritating, loud, unimersive, looping ambient wood creak Inside Interiors like The Museum of Freedom.
I Scoured the Nexus to try find a mod that removed these horrible sounds but the mods I found removed other anoyying sound effects and not the one I want, so I made one myself.
Tested Inside Vault 111
Tested Inside Museum of Freedom
This will become a compendium of files that will mute intrusive ambient SFX, In the future there may become an optional
"Replacer" version with less intrusive ambient sounds.
