XanthosGambit (before leaving for other games) made No More Gated Magazines which skootched over magazines in places you had to get all factional to get to. A very good example is the RobCo mag found two feet away from Sturges in the Museum of Freedom. When I mentioned several Bobbleheads had the same issue, he did likewise with them, making the Bobblehead Edition.
XanthosGambit only took the mod down originally because he found that cleaning it with xEdit restored the very items of interest to their original positions.
(I therefore recommend not doing that unless you have a solution. If you do, knock yourself out and post that one with our mutual blessings!)
