Just paste the folder in to your ..\Fallout 4\Data\Textures\ directory and change the (sResourceDataDirsFinal*STRINGS\) in the Fallout4.ini to  (sResourceDataDirsFinal*STRINGS\, TEXTURES\) if haven't already done so. special credit to sherb38607 for the tutorial and the flag blanks. If you didnot realize it you have to unzip the file, it comes in rar format.
