Why wasn't this location already a quest target?
I assume it was a balancing decision by Bethesda. Poseidon Energy is a much larger location with far more enemies than either of the other targets, and is in an area accessed much later in the game as well. As a result, this mod trades a little bit of balance in favor of consistency.
