Removes the +XX% more AP-Costs from "Stocks" - You can now use you Guns the way it should be! :)
If you change your GRIP vs a STOCK you gain an AP-Penalty in Vanilla.
Therefore a lot users played their Guns with the tiny looking "Grips" ..... now you can use the great "Stocks" and have no penalty anymore!
Should cover pretty all guns, also mod-added...
