This simple esl-flagged mod makes it so you can add railroad ballistic weave to ALL in-game appropriate armors. This includes underarmors, full-body suits and unique apparel items. For balancing sake, I've created a new kind of weave for half-head covering items, like the bandana and hats. These headpieces only offer half the protection of body-weaved items, since you can wear a face covering AND a head covering to get full 110 resistance. Items that cover the entire head still offer the original 110 resistance. Vault suits can now be weaved, and I have individual light plugins for all DLCs [plus Point Lookout and Mothership Zeta] This mod DOES have direct edits to hundreds of clothing items, so anything that changes those will obviously be incompatible. The only true requirement is the Unofficial Patch, since I forwarded some fixes from there.
