I made this save for me personally, as when I either clean up older saves, or just clean up my PC in general I don't want it to just vanish.

The only mod used for this save is the Unofficial Fallout 4 Patch. No console commands were used in the making of this.

Level 16 Nate, 15 Perk points to spend.

Special Stats are 4 across the board, Luck is at 5 due to picking up the Luck Bobblehead on Spectacle Island more accidentally then anything else. I suggest using Cheat Terminal or Console Commands if you wish to alter the Special Stats. Can also use the "Achievements" mod to re-enable achievements if you were unaware. :)

Includes most settlements in the base game, excluding Boston Airport, The Castle, Covenant, Bunker Hill, Home Plate (There's enough caps to afford it, if you wish) and, Warwick Homestead. I could have grabbed The Castle and, Covenant but, figured I'd leave it incase people wanted to do it themselves. As well as any of the settlements in the DLC's. 

Only one quest was done besides the ones to obtain the settlements "Order Up" just so I could have access to 2 easy to get to merchants.

One of the settlement quests had me go to Hubris Comics, and I did pick up the stuff for The Silver Shroud, however there is one thing left in Hubris Comics and, that is Grognak's Axe. Couldn't pick the lock or hack the terminal without spending any Perk Points, so I thought I'd let you guys know here.

Most of the stuff I collected is in the shack the player will spawn in when loading the save up, Prewar money as well as junk are all in the Red Rocket Workbench. Don't expect anything fancy. ;)

Oh one more thing, the You're Special Book is still in your prewar home. The gold bars are also still in the root cellar if you need that extra money. :)
