Replaces the Nuka-World DLC's "Operators Armored Skirt" with an unarmored "Operators Skirt" while addressing additional fixes.

hello hello. Why'd they cover up one of the best outfits with ugly tincan armor--old news.
Last I checked there were a couple of mods that address this issue by removing the armor from the Operators Armored Skirt. I made my own replacer mesh with a few more fixes:
- restores a missing neck mesh
- restores the bow tie
- replaces the shoes (which, besides being ugly, clipped into the ground) with matching heels
- Operators Armored Skirt is now called the Operators Skirt
- reduced armor rating and weight
- armor slots opened
- can be modified with Ballistic Weave
Other than that it's the same item as before and uses the same formID, xx039562. The Operators Armored Dress remains unaltered.
It can be obtained the same way as the default version in the game. Lizzie Wyath wears this. Since the weight has been reduced, you can now pickpocket the outfit off her with appropriate perks.
This is only a replacer. If you want a craftable standalone version, this same mesh is included in my Casual Outfit Collection as the Operators Skirt.
