Just something I played with and found it quite nice...
Comes in odd sizes:
8192×4096, 4096x2048, 2048x1024...
All of the textures used were from the base game files... Iirc..
Served as loose as it's just "one" texture but add it to an existing texture archive if you will or keep loose and keep stuttering if you have too much loose files. Oh, and as addition there's a material file to give it some shine as it's supposed to be wet... Pictures tell more than a thousand bloodied stumps on a wall.
