This mod were include vanilla style sound and breath, realist style heartbeat. Your combat will be stimulating and disquieting especially your character get into low health level.

NOTICE
The heartbeat sound will change with your health losing
if you dont like the howl, you can choose file without howl
without heartbeat versions:Alarmed Sound (disquieting moan) remove the heartbeat at Fallout 4 Nexus - Mods and community (nexusmods.com)

EXPLAIN
1.replace the vanilla heartbeat with sigh howl and irregular heartbeat
2.not depend on characters gender(choose sound file that you think is right)
3.consists of two audio file: A and B. Take a example: If you health level losing slowly, the fileA was played at first, then fileB will play (some time it just play fileB if you taked too much damage)
4.not recommended for public play
5.Borrow some heartbeat from xandress, Borrow some sigh from vanilla game
6.The file of just marked "sigh heartbeat": it is mean that the character still have ability of self-control(try to keep quiet)
