I mixed the outfits because I felt like either on their own were lacking something... plus I was experimenting with aesthetics or whatever. Not a fan but you guys might like it.
You may need to start a new game for the outfits to appear for already existing Minutemen (or just use the resurrect command on them). Newly spawned Minutemen should work as intended.

- Various Minutemen wear Urban Raider & World Wide Mercenary attire
- Some of their gear gain the 'legendary attachment point' keyword and ballistic weave compatibility
- ESL-flagged ESP file; so you can change where you want it in your load order without it counting towards your ESP plugin limit
