Simply changes the model for the Water Pump - Powered from Wasteland Workshop to have buckets and tools next to it.

Adds static buckets, a screwdriver and wrench next to the Powered
Water Pump from Wasteland Workshop, for an immersion boost.
Actually implies settlers take water from the pump into buckets now, instead of drinking
directly from their hand every time they need a sip, and have to maintain it.
Install manually, or with your preferred Mod Manager.
Simply alters a .nif File. No plugins, no animations or new textures.
Requires the Wasteland Workshop DLC!
