Clean up The Castle Tunnels.
Is a fully functional settlement.
CAN BE INSTALLED ANYTIME. It won't bug Taking Independence or Old Guns, or anything.
In the cell it was a skeleton and a coffin so I put it in for fun.
NOTE
I don't know if it is from this mod but when I tested the mod I used the robotics expert to desactivate sarge and the quest continued without killing him.
Compatibility
Is not compatible with any mod that change the cell.
Or if it is, this mod it must be at the bottom of the load order.
