Simple patch to make S7 Skill System and Locky Bastard work. You're also gonna need to grab the patch to restore the lockpicking levels found here: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/58315. You need at least v0.6.2BETA for s7 and v3.0 of Locky Bastard for this to work properly!
