Adds a unique legendary variant of the Welrod to the Commonwealth.
Not going to lie, I mostly was bored and figured that it would be fun to make a version of the Welrod that was noticeably buffed. So I made this.
Blissful Slumber is a heavily modified Welrod pistol that is useful for covert takedowns.
