Restores all broken PreCombines in Recruitable Settlers and embraces the crazier nature of vanilla while still making sense.
Original mod breaks down a bunch of PreCombines making it incompatible with mods like PRP without re-generating with this mod in mind.
This patch restores those changes to vanilla and edits the affected areas to make it work without breaking PreCombines.
As a result no visual glitches when using mods like PRP.
This needs to load before PRP or anything else that touches PreCombines.
