Another one of my Splicing hackjobs. This makes the Wardaddy animation blend back to Vanilla Idle to the best to my ability. Making it pretty much standalone.

This was my initial method of trying to fix Wardaddy's Combat Rifle/Shotgun Reanimation. However I thought it wasn't gunna come out well, However at the request of my pal The6thMessenger, I'm releasing what I was able to do. Tactical Reload animations are included but will require the vanilla animations patch.
