Overview
The game holds numerous dummy files (misc item) ready which are linked to leveled lists and change appearance based on chance. I always felt to link all the fusion core dummies to their appropiate world item. Fusion cores in generators as well as Sentry Bots, Power Armor, Cotainers, etc. all are affected. The change is global.
Chance can yield 1% at lowest and 95% and highest chance. Roll is based on increments of 0.01 (yes, up to 95 entries per LVLI).
Thus, charge can be; 1, 2, 3, ... 93, 94, 95%. But, mostly 1-20% charge per enemy. Vendors can yield better charge up to 95%.
Installation
This mod can be in-/unstalled anytime but may require a new game to work. If installed mid-game, certain loot will first appear after cell respawn, vendor cycle.
The plugin is ESL-flagged, don't count against normal ESP/ESM limit.
This mod does not affect precombined meshes or PreVis data.
Compatibility
This mod works with both, the Old- and Next-Gen Update. For third party mods ask the author of the mod of interest.
