cryo, stans and kneecapper are different bug effect so I merged this.
about how to fix the kneecapper effect to npc that got already, so if happen this, reference the web knowledge.
the kneecapper setting are written to esp of cryo, so KneecapperFIX are not need if install this.

uninstall by mod manager or remove this from data folder.
