A fractal-based (and thus thoroughly irregular) pixelated camo texture, loosely inspired by the uniforms in the current Ukraine war. Texture is 2048x2048, but it tiles seamlessly to whatever you need. Free to use, if anyone finds a use for it.

This is not a political statement. I have my own views on that situation, and I'm not shy to voice them, but the mod is not reflecting them in any form or shape. I just looked at the uniforms and thought, hmm, that camo looks good. I want something like that on my PA.
Texture is 2048x2048, but it tiles seamlessly to whatever you need.
Being fractal based, it is completely irregular in its dithering pattern as well as in the macro-pattern of each of the three colours. I.e., hopefully it should actually work as military grade camo.
At least in theory, pixelated camo works better than the old style one, because the brain sees those random pixels as just background noise and filters them out. That is why most militaries are switching to it nowadays. Of course, that also depends on the size of the pixels and their macro-pattern, so your mileage may vary.
LORE CONSIDERATIONS
I'm pretty sure that no precedent exists for this being ever used in the Fallout universe before, so it's probably not lore conform in any way. On the other hand, it's been centuries, and I'm assuming nothing would stop some crazy scientist from coming up with it. Use your own judgment. If lore non-conformity is a deal-breaker for you, that's perfectly ok, just don't use it then.

Since it is 100% my own work and based on NO assets from Bethesda or anyone else (even the fractal and dithering code is 100% my own, and using no relevant plugins or libraries), it is safe to use in any other moddable games, or for any other purpose whatsoever. Literally, even if you print it on some pants and sell them, it's copyright-safe and with my blessing.
