About this mod
My own envisioned preset of what Randall Clark from FNV: Honest Hearts would look like. I just have a gut feeling he would resemble something like what I made.

There are two different versions, a pre-war Randall and a post-apocalypse one.
This is just a simple LooksMenu preset with no requirements. Just drag and drop into the presets folder in: Data/F4SE/Plugins/F4EE/Presets.
The only mod I used on the character while making this is: Less Intense Face Paint and Grime, but it's completely optional.
The armor and helmet are from two different mods.
Armor: NCR Outfit Pack
Helmet: Desert Ranger Combat Armor
Survivalist's rifle: Service Rifle
Bandana: Wasteland Fashion - Bandanas and Blindfolds
