A modular collection of enhancements for Power Armor, including updated and improved textures, tweaked meshes and additional materials.





Cohesion Module - Unifying existing Power Armor customisation

- Faction paints are available universally for each of the 4 types, these include the Brotherhood, Railroad, Minutemen, Institute, Atom Cats & Quantum paintjobs. Military and Vault-Tec paints now also display decals.

- Every plating now offers a new distinct look in addition to their stat improvements to complement the chosen material. T51 can also sport a "Factory" look, and the X01 has a unique one for EMP Shielding.

- Automatron DLC Tesla Coils are reworked, with new meshes for each set that appear when adding Tesla Coils to a Torso piece or Tesla Bracers to an arm piece.

- Model linings also provide changes, A/B will be rusty, C/D raw metal, E/F polymer coated, unless a plating or paint is equipped.

- Textures available at 4K or 2K resolution.






Enhancement Module - Absurdly large texture files and miscellaneous improvements

- Every texture has been upscaled to 8K, refined, tweaked to remove errors and improve shading and then downscaled to 4K for a maximal quality while retaining the vanilla art direction.

- All DLCs are included and required, and an optional file for the CC Gunners vs Minuteman armors is also included.

- The Power Armor Frame textures have also been tweaked to match more closely to key art, removing the cyan cast and adding breakup detail to the glossiness.

- A handful or miscellaneous fixes are also included, to correct shader & material assignments.

- A refined cubemap is available that aims to improve shading to all objects, not just power armor. It has been balanced to a wide variety of lighting scenarios to create a natural response regardless or location, weather or lighting.



What's included with each download?
Files have been packed into .ba2 archives for optimised performance and storage, each provided with an ESL flagged .esp plugin so they can be sorted correctly in your load order.

Are the faction paints distributed to their relevant faction personnel? ie. Brotherhood Initiates wearing T45 with the insignia?
Not yet, to maintain compatibility as much as possible. But an optional MCM menu is in the works to add this functionality.

Have you made any changes to game balance or stats?
No, this is mod is pure aesthetics.

How do I get the Quantum paint for T45/T51/T60?
On collecting 20 star-cores you will unlock the ability to craft the paint automatically.

Does the Automatron T60 Armor still have Tesla coils?
They have been removed and the pieces renamed to "Rust-Devil", while retaining their unique status and damage affect.

Are the 4K texture options really necessary?
No. They are extremely excessive, and storage heavy. That being said, as power armor is relatively uncommon, they shouldn't tax a system too hard unless in the vicinity of many suits.

How's compatibility looking?
Depends on the module, Enhancement only updates textures and fixes some material/mesh files. Without a patch, Cohesion will conflict with any mods that make changes to Power Armor mods or Linings.

Tesla mods look broken in the workbench?
This is a known freak issue I haven't been able to find a solution for. It will resolve itself as soon as you enter the power armor, however.

Where's the love for Raider Power Armor?
More ambitious, still in progress. But the textures from the HD-DLC are already 4K so I will not be providing enhancement for those.
