Makes the F4NV Repconn Souvenir Rocket it's own item, no longer replacing the vanilla toy rocketship.
It is craftable at a Chemistry Station under the Utility category, and you can find it at a notable RobCo location in-game.
Automatron is required but a non-Automatron version is also provided.
The non-Automatron version is ESL marked, but the Automatron version is not.
