About this mod

This mod will allow players to use Quincy Ruins as a settlement. There are similar mods but they still didn't have all that I wanted such as settlement border edges or scrappable junk so I tried to include as much as I can to this new settlement. Hope you enjoy!

It's time!

We need to take back Quincy after Clint betrayed us.

With this mod you will be able to retake Quincy as a personal settlement. You will be able to scrap most of the junk we have there as well as some of the buildings that were greatly destroyed will be repaired. I didn't fix all the buildings as I don't think it will be too lore friendly neverthless I consider that some of the buildings needed repairs in order to still be in working conditions.

There will be two mod options:

1- Quincy Settlement - Clean: Along with being a fully functional settlement. It will have most of the scrap removed and also some of the buildings will be repaired.
2- Quincy Settlement - Dirty: Will be a fully functional settlement as well but none of the scrap will be removed. According to my test you will be able to scrap most of the rubbish but if you encounter some that you cannot remove please feel free to let me know.

IMPORTANT!

It's better if you install this mod after you discover and kill the gunners in Quincy Ruins. This mod will delete most of the gunners there are as they are respawnable and will affect the settlement. So if you haven't killed Clint, Tessa or Baker its best if you do it first and enjoy the lore there.

For some reason the mod assigns the settlement marker as Quincy Police Station instead of Quincy Settlement. I'm not sure what is the reason for this issue but during my investigation all I was able to conclude is that it may be due to a bethesda bug because there is no way for me to change it. It happens something similar to the Vanilla Boston Airport that for some unknown reason it focuses on the prydwen.
