Important Note... Save your game always before attempting to spawn in 'Random World objects' and such.. just to be safe.

I used the Command Placethere With the ID codes provided in the screenshot.

I also use a mod named Place Anywhere to be able to move items and objects freely

Note'  Keyboard Shortcuts  For 'Place Everywhere'

  • INS on the keyboard is to 'Enable Free Placement' of almost any 'object/ item ID Codes' from the screenshots provided.
  • HOME and END button on the 'keyboard' are to 'Enable and Disable an objects physics' so that NPC don't knock them over.
  • / And * are to change the 'rate of speed'. when moving an object or item up and down.
  • + and - are to change to 'Rate of which an object turns when you click on it.
  • 1 and 3 are to 'Increase and Decrease' size of any object ingame
