Basically Misriah Armory had M7 SMG ammo set for smg ammo (which is .45) when the weapon is chambered in 10mm. the MA5D is chambered in .308, but ammo was 556. and so on. Also some of the weapons have different ammo type that they can be chambered in, but npcs spawn with the standard. I changed some of those to use the standard ammo. Less choices for the player sadly, but npcs will now more consistently spawn with the correct ammo. All of this was made with FO4Edit. If you wish to make you're own changes, use FO4Edit and make the changes under "weapon" and "object modification"
