Save file with a massive Settlement in Spectacle Island and in some other places. Hopefully PS4 Saves work on PC and I'll hopefully see my settlement turned into a mod

So I sold my PS4 a couple of weeks ago, but I didn't want to delete my save files completely. I played a lot of Fallout 4 on it, and I built a massive settlement with two skyscrapers, a giant casino, a portuar city and a huge defensive wall. I would love to see it turned into a mod hopefully but if you have a lot of fun with it it's more than enough for me
I didn't thought I would post the save files here because I don't think PS4 Savefiles work on PC. I didn't take screenshots of the settlement in Spectacle Island so if you download the mod feel free to take a few screenshots and post them here. So it's actually two savefiles and on one run I did with the Brotherhood an the other with the institute.
Everything you will see have been created without mods and without cheats, it just took me an insane amount of time to create it. So please enjoy the savefile, tell me your thoughts about it and if they work on PC, and if you want to know more, read the articles of this mod
