   I know this has been long since abandoned, but I do wish "Synth Helmet" and "Medical Goggles" would be added with a headlamp

      Try out the mod: Combat Helmet Illumination 2020. I believe it adds a light to the medical goggles. The link is:

   I installed this mod hoping it would make all my guards in sanctuary use the headlamps on their combat helmet, but it does not. What am I doing wrong?

      Friendly NPCs don't have flashlights they can turn on, aside from power armor.

   It doesn't light up in 3rd person for me, and there are no headlamp mods available at the workbench, but it does fix the issue of the pip-boy light not working with the Combat Helmet equipped. That was my main issue, so I still appreciate this mod for fixing that.

   Thanks. This is something that should be included in the vanilla game. Very immersive mode.
   
   Initially, my character's helmet light was not lining up correctly. I just had to upgrade the headlamp at the armor workbench.
   
   It works perfectly on other NPCs too.

   In third person, the top half of the light doesn't light up as you can see here
   Tested with no other mods active and it's still like that

   Just found out that this good mod will not work good with "CROSS Pre-War Cybernetics" mods Techmask. Do so will make the head light misplace on different location of your face area or midair. And this mod have to put in the end of your load order. Love this mod. enjoy.
