This little patch removes the requirement of the Munitions mod and uses Caliber Complex ammunition instead. The AMT Automag III was available in either .30 carbine or in 9mm Winchester Magnum. The regular version of the .30 carbine pistol in the game is chambered for .30 Carbine. The unique version is chambered in .38 Super (a 9mm caliber based on the .38 ACP, not to be confused with .380 ACP, but with much more punch).
Dowload the original mod, then this one and replace/overwrite the original ESP with this one here.
