Switched Skeletons to destructible, their .nif model did not support player interactions making the script not function.
Fixed the 2 Oxygen tanks both using 1 model, they now give items of their respective models.
Allows you to loot a majority of Movable Statics by pressing E on them, there will be no visual prompt for this interaction. There is also a rework to vehicle scrap. Notable objects include Cars, Oxygen Tanks, and more.
Skeletons will require the player to attack them to become lootable.
