3.0 regenerated the precoms and the previs also added an npc spawner to help with getting settlers
Super Duper Mart Settlement 2.0 -redid the lights in lower area , regenerated precomb and previs and also addressed the gap in the stairs
Decorations not included
Lights and feral ghouls are included
i am excited to see what you can do with the space
Be warned it takes a bit of time for anyone to show up but they do lol
