About this mod
Welcome to my first mod I've ever made with FO4's CK. This adds a Settlement in Northeastern Boston, roughly half-way between Greentop Nursery and Relay Tower 0MC-810. You'll find it conveniently placed in the middle of the roundabout.

Welcome to Emporos!
Inspired by use of the Conquest mod, made by Chesko, I found that this area was the perfect spot for a pretty large settlement. Right now it's more of a sandbox, left as blank as possible for individual perusal. This however is intended to be used with Sim Settlements 2, as the size more than accommodates for all the added features.
Emporos' name is inspired from Mass Effect: Andromeda, and the Initiative's first settlement Prodromos. Emporos, loosely translates into Merchant, as I pictured this area being a burgeoning trade depot, filled with anything a wastelander could ever ask for. The area is quite big, as it encompasses the roundabout, a good portion of land in each of the cardinal directions, following the roads, as well as the small pond to the North, which does make the settlement oddly shaped.
Also, I have found that this only really works with a new game!
After some testing with a friend of mine, I have found that the items I have marked for removal, don't delete properly any other way. However, precombines and nav-meshes should still be intact.
Please note that is my first mod, so I haven't been able to work out all the kinks quite yet. If you have some constructive feedback, please don't hesitate to leave some.
This is the first mod in a future collection. I truly enjoy the settlement and building systems in Fallout 4 and wish to share my creations with others who also enjoy rebuilding the Commonwealth. Happy Building Wastelanders!
