Do whatever you want with this mod. You are free to download the .esp and edit Billy in the creation kit as you feel necessary. I do not care if you want to upload your own Super Billy to the Nexus. I don't need credit.

This mod simply changes Billy's combat behavior so he will join in the fight, loot weapons, and provide you an actual hand in combat. It also gives him a helmet for safety, and sunglasses for cool factor. Use the command 'setplayerteammate 1' on Billy to gain the ability to issue commands to him (try sending him into a suit of power armor)
