Retextures the Mercenary Troublemaker outfit included in the Capital Wasteland Mercenaries CC to look the same as the Mercenary Armor from Fallout 76 that the Hellcats wear.

Retextures the Mercenary Troublemaker outfit included in the Capital Wasteland Mercenaries CC to look the same as the Mercenary Armor from Fallout 76 that the Hellcats wear.
Retextures the male version, and replaces the female version with the male version's female variant and retextures that instead.
It was not possible to make this for Grill & Turkey's Merc Outfits Pack due to them redesigning their Merc Troublemaker outfits to be more inline with 3 and NV's female variant of the outfit, whereas 76 used the male version of the outfit for all.
