The MK18 and many other weapons mods include a transparency effect on glass which on AMD cards is missing. This causes the lenses to be purple in hue and just looks bad. This mod on the most part removes the glass effects (I left in the parallax effects) so the weapon is displayed fully right.
You need BAE to unpack the weapons and then simply drop it into the weapon attachment folder under Meshes
