So basically these are ini files I made for fallout 4.
Put Fallout 4 ini and Custom ini in first then choose which perb to use
Perbs 1 is for low end PCs.
Perbs 2 disables all things (even some things like walls in sanctuary house interiors, and peoples breads (USE AT YOUR OWN RISK))
Perbs 3 is 1 but with 480 resolution
(Any Perbs that use 480 resolution will break lock picking)
Also change ini with what graphics card you have sD3DDevice="NVIDIA GeForce GT 720"
And change how much threads you have for your cpu iNumHWThreads=4
