A Quick bugfix for the missing visible milky way galaxy in the night sky.
The reports on the original mod seem to be most from AMD users, myself included.
This fix got rid of the issue for me. Hopefully it helps you guys too!
What I did:
Ran the file through nifscope and removed a flag causing the issue.
Super-Clarification:
This bug fix is to address the milky way galaxy where it does not render *at all*.
Not to be confused with flickering issues.
