I wanted a wallpaper for my Pipboy but couldnt find what I wanted so make my own using the Emma Watson Pipboy Background by Scorpioelite91 as a base. (https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/52240)
Depending on the brightness of the place your character is, the wallpaper might be more or less bright, I can't do anything about it, sorry.
