Adds a faithful recreation of the Screaming Eagle to FO4.

I've always liked the Screaming Eagle, so I've spent the last weeks making a high quality recreation with custom models, textures and animations for the player, human npcs and power armor. In contrast to the 76 original, my recreation has a lot of attachments and skins to choose from. I also renamed the Screaming Eagle to "Advanced Battle Rifle" so it matches Bethesdas naming pattern.

Skins:
With the exception of the Gunner and Enclave skins, all faction skins can only be crafted if you are a member of the associated faction. You need to finish the quest "An Ambitious Plan" to craft the raider skin. The Screaming Eagle skin can only be found as a unique weapon, but the skin can be removed from it and added to any other battle rifle. The unique weapon can be found on spectacle island see pictures.
Game integration:
The rifle uses 308, said ammo is quite rare in the base game, because of this the weapon does around 30% more damage than the handmade from Nuka World.

From time to time I plan to make extra skins as addons, but said skins will mostly be community ideas, as soon as I have five skins together, these will be uploaded as an addon. The only requirement for skin ideas is that they must fit into fallout.

- 4 Magazines: 2 AR10 waffle mags and 2 AR15 STANAG mags.
- 6 Barrels:AR10 and AR15 style barrels in 3 different lengths.
- 4 Handguards: simple, vented, assault and tactical.
- 4 Muzzles: compensator, Ak74 style muzzle break, impro suppressor and normal suppressor.
- 4 Misc attachments: bipod, 2 flashlights, bayonet, VATS targeting unit.
- 14 Scopes: including an ACOG style scope with usable backup sight, the item to use the backup sight can be crafted at the chem station.
- 7 stocks: full stock, improved collapsible stock and normal collapsible stock in 2 lengths, marksman stock and hunting stock.
Skins:
- Faction Skins: BOS, Institute, Railroad, Minutemen, Enclave, Gunner, Atom Cats, Raider and Vault-Tec.
- Camo Skins: aqua, snow, desert, woodland and tropical.
- Unique Skins: Screaming Eagle.
- Color Skins: black and green polymer.

- Level 15: weapon vendors, legendary drops and BOS soldiers.
- Level 20: Gunner bosses.
- Level 25: Minutemen members.
- Level 35: Gunner members.
- Level 45: Raider bosses.
