Version 0.1
initial release
Power Armor Oomph
What this?
This mod does 3 things:
1. adding more "Oomph" to the Power Armor footstep sound, by raising the static attenuation, and slightly lowering the frequency 2. giving Power Armor footsteps(for Player) its own category in the settings\audio menu 3. and by that allow you to customize the volume for all of the footstep edits
But why?
Being handicapped in a partially deaf state and getting an age related increasion in hearing loss on my "not broken ear", I'm starting to more and more feel sounds in the low frequency range, rather than actually hearing them. Hence I felt like, as of lately, the Power Armor didn't quite feel the same as a year ago. I remember I was always humming the Imperial March...but how do you feel like Vader himself, if your marching sounds like an enfilade tiptoe?
Also, Oomph on its own should already be reason enough. Everybody likes Oomph! In the disco, in the cinema, and of course in the wasteland as well.
