                                                                                                      Overview



                                             Newly Created Assets includes a Complete Set of Fir Trees and an Addition of Spruce and Aspen Trees.

                                Newly Created Grass and Ground Textures, along with many of the Plants found in the Commonwealth Retextured.

                                                       Harvestable Sunflowers also added along with New Ferns, Shrubs and Water Plants.

                                                                      The Dead Maple and Elm trees have been retextured to fit the theme.

                                                      All my Assets in this File can be used for other Projects as long as it is Nexus Exclusive.


                     Donation Points may also be earned by Projects that include my Assets as long as I also benefit from any Donations earned.


                  Making all of the assets included in this mod was a lot of work and I encourage the community to make use of what is included.
