   Do you mean Indestructible Vehicles and More Durable Vehicles patches under the main category of Car Alarm? In this case no problem.
   However by using only Car Alarm - Lootable Cars Exiguous Patch [A] I can still oneshot the cars. So, I think your patch [B] is really necessary if I want vehicles more toughness. At least should A and B be compatible, am I right?

      You need to ask the original Mod author because he is the one who took the scene shot.
