He's located on a shore near the Beacon Hill apartments. Go and get him!
Kirby is 8 inches tall. You can pick him up and carry him in your inventory. Just drop the item and he'll be there for you!
Kirby isn't very fast... But you can use him as an extension of your inventory! Yup...
He has a unique Bobblehead and a toy! You could probably trade or kill him to get the toy...
These things shouldn't happen, but just in case.
Should you somehow lose Kirby after you pick him up, you can use the help command to find the Kirby item id (xxx) and add it to your inventory. help "Kirby" 4 player.additem xxxIf the item doesn't work for any reason, you can to go to an earlier save, click on Kirby to find out his ID, and then use ID.enable and ID.moveto player commands.
