Mod Description
The purpose of this mod is simple: it allows users to directly and manually edit the game's level list to give any NPC whatever gun they want (modded or vanilla). It also allows users to divide what weapon will spawn on what NPC depending on faction ties. This mod SHOULD remove MOST (95%) of all vanilla guns I don't consider companion weapons like Preston's laser musket or some hand-placed weapons, that being said you should rarely ever see vanilla guns while using this framework as an LL base in your game. Also, this mod is just a base that allows you to do it yourself easily so don't expect to download this and boom your game is fully fleshed out you need actually to add the weapons you want yourself. If you would like to see an example of how to flesh out the mod yourself here is my personal Google Sheet page that shows all the guns I use, what faction gets what gun, and how much damage each caliber does.
[Google Sheets Page]

Inside the ESP the gun categories are as follows
Assault Rifle, DMR, Heavy Weapon, Melee, Pistol, Shotgun, SMG, Sniper, and Throwables.
Also, each faction will have its own LL group with its weapons so the game knows only to pull guns from that group and give them to that specific NPC.
Example: This way you can say give the Brotherhood of Steal the MK18 CQBR rifle and the Gunners the Zenit AK and both guns will only spawn on those specific faction NPC's.

Use Instructions

Step 1
Download and enable this mod via however you download and enable mods (manager or manual)

Step 2

Place the BAP - Framework at the bottom of your load order. This mod needs to be at the bottom under all your weapon mods or else it may not take effect in the game and you won't be able to edit it with FO4Edit. (note that world space mods like PRP or Boston FPS Fix also require to be placed at the bottom of your load order, You can safely put this under those with no issue as they don't touch the same records)

Step 3

Load up FO4Edit (XEdit) with just the weapon mods you want to be integrated and the BAP - Framework.esp.

Step 4
Right-click the BAP ESP select "Add Masters" and add all the gun mods you want to be integrated into the game as a master to BAP.

Step 5
Open up the BAP ESP and go to the LL section and you will see all the various groups and categories to which you can add weapons.
(Assault Rifle, DMR, Heavy Weapon, Melee, Pistol, Shotgun, SMG, Sniper, and Throwables)

Step 6
Now go to the desired weapon mod you want to be added to an NPC faction and copy the form ID of the WEAP itself
(click the weapon > Press F2 > copy those numbers and letters > close the small window that popped up)

Step 7
Now that you have the Form ID paste it into the desired faction weapon subcategory where it says NULL Reference in the Leveled Item Entries.

Step 8

you will see the master level list entries for just weapons (not the factions) for all the categories above add all your guns to those for redundancy's sake. Those exist so if for any reason a weapon wouldn't pull from the faction list it will pull from that instead so you don't get any vanilla weapons.

Also, a master trader LL exists you can integrate whatever weapons you want into the trader LL.
